I was little during the 70's but what I remember most are my plaid bell bottoms that were grranimals. There wan a tag on the top and bottom. You had to look for matching tags to know how your outfit went together:) And Charlie's Angels!! That was the best tv show!

The 70's were the happiest years of my life. I graduated from high school and college; got married; and had my daughter. I was slender and played tennis for the university that I attended. As they say, those were the good old days for me.

ReplyDeleteSadly in my haste to enter the contest i forgot to post my email address. I would like to win this book. I like Pam Grier and her movies and would love to read her comments about those movies. I love the music of the 70's. Tavarez' Heaven Must Be Missing An Angel makes me stop in my tracks to relive those good times.

I remember 8-track tapes and record players. Console stereos & tv's that were huge and sat on the floor. TV rabbit ears & knobs to change the channel. Watching movies at the drive-in theater (Star Trek, Star Wars, Close Encounters of the Third Kind). Listening to Queen and watching Little House on the Prairie. Lots of childhood memories. :0)
ReplyDeleteThanks!
