Would probably breakdown at the thought of saving just one LOL and close my eyes and grab! But if I absolutely had to choose today I would pick A Perfect Blood by Kim Harrison, it has humor, adventure, and tears with characters I love. Thank you for your generous participation in this fun hop.

I would save Inheritance by Christopher Paolini! And the world isnt ending the Mayan calendar is circluar; therefore the circle is starting over (think of a clock striking midnight) its awesome bc instead of 24 hours like a clock its a 50 year long calendar. :) So ya, no end of the world...................as an anthropology major this is getting really annoying.

I don't tend to read many dystopian or apocalyptic books, but I think that KMM's Fever series has a pretty fresh take on the end of the world scenario.

Well I haven't read much dystopian because I'm still getting used to it but I would bring Under the Never Sky because I've heard many good things :)

I read The Road last year - intense and really captured the hopeless atmosphere.
ReplyDeleteAndre Norton was the first author I experienced post-apocalyptic genre through. Her works will always have a warm place in the brain and on my shelf.
