Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

Something wasn't right.  Ray was too serious, too dark.  The vibe in the car was poison, and the air felt hot and foul like something bad was oozing out of Ray's skin. (p 74, Dead of Wynter by Spencer Seidel)
