I have read a couple of Dorothy Garlock's books. She writes really good Historical Fiction. I would like to read this one.

I have read quite a few WWII novels. WWII is such a heartrending period in our history. It is also a time when people became true heroes and heroine. It's hard to name one book.

I will name "Night" by Eli Wiesel.

I don't have a favorite WWII novel yet, but I'm in the midst of reading "The Postmistress" by Sarah Blake.

Oh, wait... "The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society" is technically a WWII novel, isn't it? I love that book!

Thanks for the giveaway!

SunnyLea(at)gmail(dot)com has 2 favorite WWII books... sort of.

The first is Postcards from No Man's Land which spends as much time in modern Amsterdam as it does WWII era Holland, but I do love it.

The other is The Book Thief which isn't just my favorite WWII book -- it is one of my favorite books of all time.
